Wonobo Jaipur

This websites offers 360-degree ‘walkthroughs’ of streets across 54 Indian cities as similar as Google Street View. So far WoNoBo is available in 12 major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Goa, Ahemedabad, Agra and Surat.

WoNoBo gives a map on the left side of the screen and street view on the right, it’s pretty easy to toggle between the full view of the map and the street view. This website gives you a clear perspective of finding locations, you can even see the name of the shop, the street etc. If you like something then you can tag and review your points of interests like hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, parks, monument etc.

Wonobo Delhi

WoNoBo has partnered with Ministry of Tourism, Government of India to launch Walking Tours for every state in India. Initially they are planning to launch at least one walking tour of every state.

This is a big step by Indian company to challenge the giant Google Incorporation. Until now WoNoBo has acclaimed big fame in India but we have to wait and see whether it can create the same magic which Google street view created.
